Meet Our Mentors
Our mentors are the heart of GIFTED's programme. They are carefully selected and trained to provide personalised mentorship. Our mentors understand that every person is unique and they work closely with you to help you achieve your goals. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where you can thrive and grow.
Charlotte Pearson
Mentor
Charlotte, a 36-year-old Londoner and mother of two SEND children, is a neurodiversity specialist and Director at The Invisible Gift. Diagnosed with ADHD, autism, and other conditions, she's an advocate for SEND support.

Her public speaking and campaigns have effected real change. Also a model, Charlotte promotes positive representation, backed by her mixed English and Nigerian heritage.
Andrew Kitley
Founder and Mentor
Andrew is the founder of GIFTED and has over 20 years of experience in mentoring children and teens. He is passionate about helping children develop their strengths and overcome their challenges.

Andrew has taught hundreds of children and has been mentoring adults to a high-achieving level for 7 years, he is also a Governor of a specialist school.
Kristina Coxall
Mentor
Kristina is a dedicated mentor with a background in corporate work. She has a natural ability to connect with children and is committed to helping them achieve their goals.
